HP Unveils New All-in-One PC for Enterprise Markets
HP is following in the footsteps of the Apple iMac with it's new Compaq 6000 Pro All-In-One. No more PC case, everything is built into the monitor itself. The monitor is a 21.5" full HD LED LCD screen with dual display capability. Performance wise you can opt from a choice of Intel Core 2 Due processors, Windows 7 Professional 32- or 64-bit operating system, cram in about 8GB of DDR3 memory, about 1TB of hard drive space and you have an option of a 80GB solid state drive. Also included is a slim-tray DVD burner with LightScribe, seven USB ports, IEEE 1394 FireWire port and a six-in-one memory card reader. This machine will hit the US markets from July 16th and hopefully it won't be long before it is available in South Africa.
