A LGBT fashion and Hair show, Sivunule Ngesishweshwe will be held at the Protea Edward Hotel in Durban on the 30th of July. This show is organised by the Durban Lesbian and Gay Community and Health Centre's Youth Wellbeing Programme. The event will be a platform to showcase the talent possessed by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in Kwazulu-Natal.For those of you who have watched the first episode of Girl/Girl Scene and been wondering when is the next episode coming out, have no fear my little lesbians as it will be soon. But in the mean time you can check out the trailer for episode 2, right here! And may I add it looks dramatically awesome.
Talking about web series, Anyone But Me will be hosting a "Web-a-Thon" from July 27 to July 29 to raise some funds for their third season. If you have no clue as to who I am talking about you should go check out season 1 and 2 on their website. Each season consists of 10 episodes and they are never longer than 10 minutes.
Jane Lynch and Julie Goldman had an outstanding performance on the VH1 DO Something Awards on the 19th of July. Don't believe me, check it out, the song is called "Do Something".
